🎤IN SAHILY’S WORDS...
I'm a colorful person. Color is part of my spirit, style, and life. Many people ask me how I've created this colorful life for myself but the truth is that it comes from my darkness. Yep, despite what my Instagram feed may say, I have my fair share of it.
For years I've dealt with anxiety and depression. I used to feel consumed by it and thought it defined me. It actually did for a long time. At one point I hit rock bottom. My whimsical world seemed like a thing of the past, but through therapy and an amazing support system, I learned to embrace this darker side of myself. I slowly emerged and found my bright side again.
Looking back, I can proudly say I am no longer afraid of the dark. I have learned that with darkness comes light, and in my case, a rainbow of colors.
About Sahily…
I’m a creative gal with a passion for content creation, flamingos, and most importantly— COLOR! I’m a Floridian, turned Seattlite, and I’m on a mission to bring sunshine to a grey city. My blog and Instagram are dedicated to my love for sharing my colorful lifestyle in hopes of helping others see the world through the technicolor lens that I do. When I’m not at my day job, I’m building my colorful empire by night, crafting, or shopping for vintage gems.
