Tears & Tulle Tales recently visited Morgantown, West Virginia, and had the pleasure of getting to know the beautiful people of the woman-owned Breakfast Caffe. This is a charming breakfast nook on the outskirts of town that had such delicious food that we ate there twice! The vegan pancakes oh my!! The sweet owner and a kind waitress who was attending to our table agreed to share a page of their Tears & Tulle story with us.
